Cancellation Policy
We understand that appointments may need to be changed or cancelled. Aesthetic Crisantemo requests 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. When booking a session you are agreeing to a 50% cancellation fee, to the card on file, for failing to make modifications 24 hours prior or no-showing. There is a 10 min grace period before your appointment is considered a no-show. Please note that all of our service sales are final and non-refundable. Thank you for understanding.
